No, Tom Holland is not starring in a Pokémon movie.

As per We Got This Covered, there were rumors in December 2020 that suggested that Tom Holland was in consideration for the role of Blue Oak in a Pokémon spin-off movie, set in the same shared universe as Ryan Reynolds‘ Detective Pikachu. However, there have not been any updates about Holland’s involvement in any future live-action Pokémon projects.
