iQOO Pad5 duo, Watch 5 and TWS Air3 announced

The iQOO Neo10 Pro+ made its debut earlier today in China and it was not alone. The smartphone was joined by a pair of new tablets – the iQOO Pad5 and Pad5 Pro alongside the iQOO Watch 5 smartwatch and TWS Air3 wireless earbuds.

Pad5 and Pad5 Pro share similar looks, but as you’d expect, the Pro holds the upper hand in terms of specs. It gets a 13-inch IPS LCD with “3.1K” resolution (2,064 x 3,096px) and a 144Hz refresh rate. Pad5 dials back to a 12.1-inch LCD with “2.8K” resolution and the same refresh rate. You get an eight-speaker setup on the Pro while the vanilla makes do with six speakers.

Pad5 Pro is equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ while the Pad5 gets last year’s Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Both tablets can be configured with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.

Elsewhere, Pad5 packs a 5MP front-facing shooter and an 8MP rear camera, while the Pro gets an 8MP front shooter and a 13MP rear camera.

Pad5 is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery and 44W charging, while the Pro offers an even larger 12,050mAh cell with 66W charging. Both tablets feature Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and boot OriginOS 5.

iQOO Pad5 starts at CNY 2,399 ($333) in its 8/256GB trim and goes up to CNY 3,499 ($485) for the 16/512GB model. Pad5 Pro starts at CNY 3,199 ($) for the 8/256GB trim and goes up to CNY 3,999 ($) for the 16/512GB version.

iQOO Watch 5

iQOO Watch5 is a rebrand of the vivo Watch5. It brings a 1.43-inch round AMOLED display, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS and NFC connectivity and boots BlueOS 2.5. There’s an eSIM version too.

Battery life from the 505mAh cell inside the watch is rated at 22 days of normal usage and 14 days in eSIM mode.

iQOO Watch 5 starts at CNY 799 ($110) for the Bluetooth-only version. The eSIM model goes up to CNY 999 ($138).

iQOO TWS Air3 have an updated semi-open design. They feature 12mm dynamic drivers and support spatial audio. The buds pair over Bluetooth 6.0 with multi-point pairing and a dedicated low-latency mode.

Battery life is rated at 45 hours and you also get IP54 rated against water and dust. Pricing is set at just CNY 99 ($14).
