Honor announced the 300 series today in China, while the division in Malaysia revealed a new entry-level device: the Honor X9c Smart smartphone. Yes, “Smart” is part of the actual name. It is aquite similar to the Honor X60, but comes with one extra camera on the back.
Honor equipped the X9c Smart with a Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset. The phone has a 6.8″ LCD with 1080p resolution and a single punch hole for the 16 MP selfie camera.
The Honor X9c Smart’s camera setup features 108 MP main and 5 MP ultra-wide shooters.
The rest of the specs are essentially the same – MagicOS 8 on top of Android 14, 5,800 mAh battery with 35W fast charging, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Honor Malaysia will offer X9c Smart in Ocean Cyan and Moonlight White colors, but the local price will be revealed on December 11, when orders will open.
