A US district court win against the CFTC in 2025 has led to an unfreezing of MyForexFunds client assets (whose funds were frozen back in 2023), and the company is now taking its first steps in returning client funds to those who had pending rewards at the time of closure.
CySEC extends ban on Otkritie CEO Igor Gutinskiy to 2027. Cyprus financial regulator CySEC has announced that regarding its previous decision to prohibit Igor Gutinskiy, sole Director of the CIF Otkritie Broker Ltd, from exercising management duties to the Board of Directors of the Company, that at its meeting on the 30th of March 2026, decided to grant an additional extension of 12 months to the entry into force of the said prohibition, until 11 April 2027.
