Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform financial and business analysis for management to support business decisions
  • Guide and review consolidation and cash flow reports
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual auditing, tax filing and other compliance requirement
  • Review and develop financial policies and procedures regularly
  • Handle company secretarial and accounting compliance work in relation to HKEx and IRD
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as assigned from time to time from management

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
  • Holder of CPA qualifications locally (HKICPA) or overseas (ACCA, CPAA, AICPA, HKICAEW, etc)
  • Over 6 years relevant working experiences in HK which at least 3 years post-qualified audit or financial reporting experience preferably in listed company
  • Knowledge of FRR and experience in SFC licensed company will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
