民航處與解放軍駐港部隊等舉行搜救演練 模擬有直升機望東灣遇險 (12:46) – 20260112 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

搜救演練按《國際民用航空公約》的建議定期舉行,演練分成兩部分,今早在大嶼山望東灣的「短程搜救演練」模擬一架從本港飛往澳門的直升機,在芝麻灣半島附近的空域通知民航處控制塔其引擎出現問題,並於通知控制塔5分鐘後在雷達螢幕上消失。民航處控制塔宣布涉事直升機進入遇險階段;同時接獲水警通知市民報告,稱有直升機墜落望東灣,處方通知相關搜救單位。 演練時間約一小時,橙色煙霧彈模擬直升機墜落位置。消防處派出滅火輪到場噴水救火,以及由無人機確認受影響乘客位置。涉事直升機載有三名乘客,解放軍駐港部隊及政府飛行服務隊,分別派出直升機在海上及石灘拯救兩名生還者;消防處再派出潛水支援快艇拯救另一名生還者。 解放軍駐港部隊直升機。(廖凱霖攝) 另外,相關部門明天(13日)將於本港以南約50海里的南中國海展開「長程搜救演練」,模擬一架由本港飛往東京的飛機,兩個引擎出現問題並在雷達螢幕消失的處理情况。屆時參與演練的部門包括政府飛行服務隊、天文台及海事處,解放軍駐港部隊、內地交通運輸部救助打撈局及廣東省海上搜救中心亦獲邀參與。 民航處高級民航事務主任陳健忠稱,是次短程搜救演練順利,消防處亦首度出動無人機,相比昔日水面搜救,無人機能以鳥瞰角度,更易搜索生還者及留意其他事項。他稱,民航處現時按情况每2至3年舉行演練,對上一次演練在2023年於西貢完成,相信能針對不同場景,協調各部門爭分奪秒搜救。 是次演練出動解放軍駐港部隊,對於在何情况下啟動兩地合作機制,陳健忠表示,相關機制來自《基本法》第14條,港府在必要時可以向中央請求協助救助災害。 Source link
