公院急症室加價 6人凌晨零時「擲界」到場獲酌情收舊價 (10:02) – 20260101 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

本報記者今日凌晨到廣華醫院急症室觀察,醫院職員鄰近零時向病人派籌,持籌者若過零時仍未完成登記,可憑籌繼續以舊價格繳費。踏入凌晨零時後,有職員舉牌提醒市民已實施新收費。 醫管局主席范鴻齡、醫管局行政總裁李夏茵等到廣華醫院巡視。李會見傳媒時表示,全港有6個市民在零點時到公院急症室就診,獲酌情收取舊有價格。她表示今日凌晨各急症室都加派人手,而各急症室就診人數不多,未出現人龍,收費轉變後運行順暢,又表示未來兩個星期會有逾千位病人服務大使協助病人。 李又指,至今已完成3.5萬宗醫療費用減免申請,申請數字在局方預料之內,會調配人手加快處理申請。 因細菌感染就醫的市民林小姐零時「擲界」入廣華醫院急症室,獲派籌後,繳款時仍繳付舊有的180元。她表示以往前已看過私家醫生但效果不佳,故再次前往急症室就診。她表示,今日就醫流程順利,入急症室後即刻有職員派籌,登記過程迅速。她指,早前已知道今日急症室會加價,本身預計要繳費400元,沒想到可繳舊有價格。她認為「睇醫生就要畀錢,唔在意畀180或者400蚊」。她認為,急症服務收費400元對基層市民是一個很重的負擔,但必須要就醫時無法選擇不看。她又指,之後若有不適,在白天時間仍會優先看私家醫生,但在夜晚,沒有其他選擇,而情况確實嚴重的話,會選擇看急症。 市民陳女士約12點20分到達急症室,已須繳費400元。她表示,知道今日會加價,但昨晚十一點多做清潔時割傷手指,不得已要看急症。她表示,加價後價格偏貴,但夜晚沒有看不到私家醫生,所以哪怕較貴也要看急症。 市民區婆婆凌晨時分帶孫子前往急症室就診,她表示,收費400元對小市民來說較貴,對她這類退休人士有壓力,希望政府可再調整價格。她又指,以往有不適會選擇到急症室求醫,但新收費後可能不敢再隨意去急症室,認為私家診所亦很貴,若普通感冒發燒或會選擇自己吃藥。 區又指,今次求醫是因孫子突然全身僵硬,十分緊張,所以哪怕需要繳費400元仍到急症室求醫,但急症室將其孫子分流至非緊急病人,令她擔心。她表示,其孫子同時患有哮喘,亦須至精神科覆診,暫時沒研究過可否申請醫療費用減免,醫院亦沒人向她解釋過可申請減免,不知道需要什麼資料和具體規則,之後會考慮向社工諮詢。 Source link

本報今午1時半起在有多間酒吧及食肆的尖沙嘴柯士甸路及金巴利道一帶觀察,發現沿路泊滿私家車,部分泊在咪錶位的無續錶,部分則泊在路邊,並非泊位,有警員到場執法,逐一上前檢查,沿路至少10輛車被抄牌。其中一輛私家車疑在柯士甸路一間食肆門外、並非泊位的路邊通宵停泊,結果截至下午2時一共被發5張「牛肉乾」,首張告票早上10時許發出。 有在場警員向記者表示,留意到不少市民昨夜在附近倒數慶祝後,將車輛泊在路邊過夜,截至今午仍未駛走,故採取執法行動,而部分車輛停泊位置阻街及阻塞交通,即使已發告票,仍需拖走。 警方拖走阻街車輛 有市民不滿無先通知 至下午2時許,警方開始陸續拖走3輛被抄牌車輛,包括一輛泊在附近一間中學門口、被抄一張告票的白色七人車;上文提及已被抄5張告票的黑色私家車、以及一輛同泊在食肆門外,被抄2張告票的紫色私家車。 在警方等待拖車公司到場期間,紫色私家車的車主阿亭及女友陳小姐返回現場,惟警員發現兩人身上有酒氣,拒絕讓其駛走車輛。兩人隨即表示會找朋友代駕駛走,惟15分鐘後友人未趕到。此時拖車公司抵達,陳小姐見狀一度嘗試向警員下跪,哀求警員再等一等,「我朋友就到,新年流流,呀sir俾次機會啊!」 惟警員表示「已經畀咗機會」,最終私家車被拖走。 兩人其後向記者承認,今日凌晨在附近飲酒慶祝跨年,陳小姐形容自己得知警方抄牌後已「9秒9」到場,不解警方為何繼續拖走車輛,又斥責警方拖車前無先通知提醒。她稱寧願繼續被抄牌,「你咪繼續抄,我畀得起(罰款),點解要拖走?」車主阿亭指,知道今日起違泊告票加價,但不知道警方抄牌之餘會拖車,感到十分氣憤。 Source link
