牛肉乾今起加價至400元 警於尖沙嘴拖走阻街車輛 有市民「求饒」不果 (17:47) – 20260101 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

本報今午1時半起在有多間酒吧及食肆的尖沙嘴柯士甸路及金巴利道一帶觀察,發現沿路泊滿私家車,部分泊在咪錶位的無續錶,部分則泊在路邊,並非泊位,有警員到場執法,逐一上前檢查,沿路至少10輛車被抄牌。其中一輛私家車疑在柯士甸路一間食肆門外、並非泊位的路邊通宵停泊,結果截至下午2時一共被發5張「牛肉乾」,首張告票早上10時許發出。

有在場警員向記者表示,留意到不少市民昨夜在附近倒數慶祝後,將車輛泊在路邊過夜,截至今午仍未駛走,故採取執法行動,而部分車輛停泊位置阻街及阻塞交通,即使已發告票,仍需拖走。

警方拖走阻街車輛 有市民不滿無先通知

至下午2時許,警方開始陸續拖走3輛被抄牌車輛,包括一輛泊在附近一間中學門口、被抄一張告票的白色七人車;上文提及已被抄5張告票的黑色私家車、以及一輛同泊在食肆門外,被抄2張告票的紫色私家車。

在警方等待拖車公司到場期間,紫色私家車的車主阿亭及女友陳小姐返回現場,惟警員發現兩人身上有酒氣,拒絕讓其駛走車輛。兩人隨即表示會找朋友代駕駛走,惟15分鐘後友人未趕到。此時拖車公司抵達,陳小姐見狀一度嘗試向警員下跪,哀求警員再等一等,「我朋友就到,新年流流,呀sir俾次機會啊!」 惟警員表示「已經畀咗機會」,最終私家車被拖走。

兩人其後向記者承認,今日凌晨在附近飲酒慶祝跨年,陳小姐形容自己得知警方抄牌後已「9秒9」到場,不解警方為何繼續拖走車輛,又斥責警方拖車前無先通知提醒。她稱寧願繼續被抄牌,「你咪繼續抄,我畀得起(罰款),點解要拖走?」車主阿亭指,知道今日起違泊告票加價,但不知道警方抄牌之餘會拖車,感到十分氣憤。
