Serie A league leaders Inter have managed the calm the stormy waters around Alessandro Bastoni in the last two weeks. But his future at the club remains uncertain, with Barcelona very much on the prowl.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the defender has received an offer from the Catalan side. While he hasn’t outright agreed personal terms, the Italian would be interested in switch. The last few months in Italy have been difficult for him and he feels a move to Spain would be a fresh start.

At the same time, Inter aren’t opposing an exit especially if their price tag is met. There is a mutual willingness between the clubs to iron out an agreement in the summer too.
That is why Barcelona are willing to offer Hector Fort in a possible move. This is one way of reducing the total cash overlay but as of now, Inter aren’t keen on adding players to the deal and require a full cash offer to sanction an exit.
