A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Episode 5 gets teaser

The teaser for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Season 1, Episode 5 reveals that the trial of seven has begun, with Ser Duncan the Tall leading six warriors in battle against Prince Aerion and his chosen fighters. The episode will depict the highly anticipated combat sequence, with Dunk facing judgment for his actions. Prince Baelor Targaryen joins Dunk’s side, significantly influencing the balance of power in the trial.

Episode 5 will premiere on HBO and HBO Max on February 15, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. It will also be available in other time zones: 3:00 a.m. BRT, 6:00 a.m. GMT, 7:00 a.m. CET, 11:30 a.m. IST, 3:00 p.m. JST, 5:00 p.m. AET, and 7:00 p.m. NZDT. Although HBO hasn’t released the official synopsis, the trailer and fan discussions confirm that Dunk has gathered his six allies and the battle is near. In the teaser, Prince Baelor warns: “Don’t die.” In the book, Baelor says, “My brother erred when he demanded that the Kingsguard fight for his son. Their oath forbids them to harm a prince of the blood. Fortunately, I am such.” He then tells Dunk’s side, “Keep the others off me long enough, and I shall deal with the Kingsguard.”

The episode will likely show flashbacks to Dunk’s childhood, tracing his rise from a street urchin in Flea Bottom to a skilled knight. These scenes are expected to deepen the emotional impact of the trial and highlight his transformation.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Season 1 streams on HBO Max.
