This year’s event brings together over 340 booths showcasing a wide range of fine wines and exquisite cuisine from approximately 31 countries and territories.
At the Grand Wine Pavilion, visitors have the opportunity to experience renowned wines, including the 1982 Mouton Rothschild vintage (made from grapes harvested 44 years ago). This wine boasts aromas of ripe fruit intertwined with mint, cinnamon, and mocha coffee, along with a smooth tannic finish.
Beyond wine, the festival also showcases signature dishes from prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, featuring “Only in Hong Kong” flavors such as black sesame soy milk pudding tart, a surprising blend of tradition and modern techniques.
