細間始終你好第二集｜上環樓梯舖補鞋＋配鎖匙

今集第一站去了上環一間樓梯舖「GOODYEAR Decoration Shoes Repair & Locksmith」，除了可以補鞋、配鎖匙，還可以開鎖！70歲的店舖主理人黃師傅在這行工作40多年，他指樓梯舖租金低，所以適合做一些小生意。每朝他都會佈置好自己的門面，晚上就會拆了，放回樓梯底。

樓梯舖位置不多，胖一點在這走動都會出現困難，所以他笑指自己不敢吃太多，要保持身材。雖然空間很小，但五臟俱全，店主會運用好每一處空間，放滿自己的工具，一點都不抱怨環境。

以配鎖匙為例，別以為這項工作很簡單，原來有些太複雜的鎖匙未必全部人都做到，黃師傅就指自己很愛配複雜的鎖匙，是對工作的挑戰！

他認為「配鎖匙」已是夕陽行業，實體鎖慢慢被電子產品取代，所以不期望會有徒弟接手自己的手藝；若有一日自己的舖頭要清拆，他都會開心地講再見！

火炭大牌檔「津津食家」在1982年開業，由陳先生開始做起，現在已傳到女兒陳小姐手上。陳小姐是大牌檔的第二代主理人，已接手「津津食家」8年！

「津津食家」的招牌菜是金牌乳鴿，滷水味很香，皮脆、肉嫩之餘，一撕開就會爆汁，正！另一必食的是雞粥，粥底綿滑，吸收了雞肉的精華，一啖食落去仲散發淡淡米香，雞肉嫩滑。豉油皇炒麵充滿鑊氣，蔬菜和麵條絲絲分明，好食！

陳小姐指，自己都會想一些新派菜式，令大牌檔有一點改變，這裡的蝦多士添加了新元素，彈牙的蝦肉加入了芝士、芝麻，炸出來香口又惹味！

相信大家都知道「做飲食很難」的道理，而大牌檔更是愈來愈少。陳小姐指，自己每天都會出現在大牌檔，堅持維持食店的食物質素之餘，更希望大牌檔文化可以承傳下去。

第二集第三站，主持阮兆祥和著名武打演員及武術指導林迪安一齊去了土瓜灣的呂烈醫館、德榮國術體育會，先看看呂烈醫館！呂玉英師傅是和呂烈醫館的第二代傳人，由小學開始已跟著爸爸接觸跌打。

呂玉英師傅師承父親，重視醫德，不會為了賺錢而胡亂治療。她更用了20年的時間，為父親研發的藥酒申請牌照，希望可以承傳下去。

呂烈師傅1964年開始教武術，1969年在土瓜灣開設武館，而現時位於天台的德榮國術體育會由兒子呂德榮接手。呂德榮師傅指，除了教導徒弟們武術，仲會教他們做人道理，做事要盡力。

呂德榮師傅教功夫時態度嚴肅，但課後則十分暖心。徒弟們指，呂玉英師傅不時會煮飯給他們，而呂德榮師傅在課後更會揸車接送，希望徒弟的父母可以放心。呂德榮師傅指，希望可以收多一點徒弟，令武術可以發揚光大。
