調查:本港僱員今年平均加薪3.8% 低於大灣區5.5% (16:22) – 20231016 – 即時財經新聞

調查發現,今年本港僱員整體平均基本薪酬調整為3.8%,較去年上升0.3個百分點,扣除今年首8月的綜合消費物價指數升幅1.8%後,實際基本薪酬調整為2%。

受訪本港機構中,98.6%均於今年加薪,其餘有1.4%的機構凍薪。加薪的機構中,93.2%僱員獲加薪,凍薪的僱員佔6.8%。按員工職級計算,中層僱員的基本薪酬上調幅度最高,達3.9%,高級僱員的薪酬加幅為3.8%。

大灣區方面,今年整體平均調薪率為5.5%,71%的機構於本年加薪,另有29%的機構凍薪。加薪的機構中,45%表示不受市場環境的影響,會按原定計劃調整薪酬,而26%表示調薪預算下跌。不同層級人員計算,研發、技術人員的調薪率升幅度最高達7.3%,而應屆生的調薪加幅為6.3%。

固定花紅方面,香港的受訪機構中,有41.8%表示有固定花紅制度,平均金額為1.04個月基本薪酬,稍低於去年調查錄得的1.09個月。至於非固定花紅數據的受訪機構中,91.7%的機構表示設有非固定花紅制度,66.4%的僱員符合非固定花紅計劃資格,平均金額為1.3個月基本薪酬,低於去年調查錄得的1.57個月。

展望明年,本港有139間公司提供2024年薪金調整預測,其中62%機構表示將於明年為僱員加薪,另有4%機構預期會凍薪,餘下35%機構未決定來年會否調整薪酬,展望明年平均加薪幅度為4.1%。

大灣區方面,有384間公司提供2024年薪金調整預測,當中28%機構表示將於明年為僱員加薪,有4%機構預期會凍薪,餘下68%機構未決定來年會否調整薪酬,展望明年平均加薪幅度為5.4%。
