The Addams Family is back for another spooky season. Netflix has unveiled the character posters for Wednesday Season 2, showcasing returning cast members as well as the new faces gracing Nevermore Academy and the eerie town of Jericho.
Wednesday Season 2 will arrive nearly three years after the first season premiered in 2022. The first part is set to be released on Netflix on August 6, with Part 2 following on September 3. The upcoming season will see Wednesday Addams returning to Nevermore Academy despite her reluctance in the past season.
Who is seen in the Wednesday Season 2 character posters?
The character posters highlight Jenna Ortega’s return as Wednesday as well as her roommate and friend, Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers). Season 2 will be an exciting return for the titular morbid character, as she slowly begins to lower her emotional walls, all while unraveling the mystery surrounding the school. Her friendships with Enid and Eugene Ottinger (Moosa Mostafa, also seen in the newly uploaded posters) prove that she cares deep down, despite her strong and apathetic persona.
The posters also preview the returns of Joy Sunday as Bianca Barclay, Isaac Ordonez as Wednesday’s younger brother Pugsley Addams, Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin (revealed to be the Hyde during Season 1), Georgie Farmer as Enid’s love interest Ajax Petropolus, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, and Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams. The sentient severed hand, Thing (Victor Dorobantu), will also return for Season 2.

The new images also introduce Steve Buscemi as Principal Dort, a new character serving as Larissa Weems’ (played by Gwendoline Christie) replacement as the new head of Nevermore Academy.
Season 2 will also feature Joanna Lumley as Grandmama Hester Frump, Joonas Suotamo as Lurch, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, Billie Piper as Isadora Capri, Christopher Lloyd as Professor Orloff, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Sheriff Ritchie Santiago, Heather Matarazzo as Judi, and more.
All eight episodes of Wednesday Season 1 are available to stream on Netflix.
