vivo V40 Pro gets NBTC certified, coming soon

Back in March vivo launched the V40 SE in Europe, and now it seems like another member of the family is on the way: the V40 Pro. This has been found in Thailand’s NBTC certification database with the model number V2347. So it will definitely be sold over there.

It was also spotted on EE’s website in the UK, so a launch in Europe and the UK is on the cards too. Rumor has it the V40 Pro will end up being a rebranded S19 Pro, which launched in China last month.

If this does pan out, then expect the V40 Pro to sport a 6.78-inch 120 Hz AMOLED touchscreen with 4,500-nit peak brightness and 1260×2800 resolution, a triple rear camera system (50 MP main with OIS, 50 MP 2x optical zoom telephoto, 8 MP ultrawide), a 50 MP selfie camera with autofocus, and a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 80W fast wired charging.

At the helm should be MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200+ SoC, paired with 8/12/16GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage. The phone will of course run Android 14 from day one, with vivo’s Funtouch OS 14 on top.
