Polly will lead the company’s Finance Department and join both the Senior Management Team and the Operating Committee. She will report directly to the Chairman’s Office and work closely with Co-Chairmen Rodney Miles and Samuel Yang, CFA.
【Extensive Global Experience】
Polly brings more than 20 years of international experience in finance, audit, and corporate governance, having held senior roles across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. She has served in executive positions at a Japan-listed multinational software company, and a U.S.-listed global manufacturer. In these roles, Polly led regional and global finance functions and managed teams of over 100 finance professionals worldwide.

Polly began her career in the audit department of PwC Taiwan, before rising through the ranks into senior leadership roles focused on financial strategy, IPOs, M&A, ERP integration, and regulatory compliance, including SEC filings and SOX audits for publicly listed companies.
