The next batch of Apple Intelligence features will arrive as part of the update to iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4. Today, Apple has updated its official pages for iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, and revealed when the 18.4 versions are dropping.
It’s going to happen in early April. At that point, Apple Intelligence will add support for Chinese (Simplified), English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish languages.
The company has also been expected to finally release the upgraded Siri functionality with this version, but recent rumors claim that may have been delayed yet again. If so, then it’s unclear what exact new Apple Intelligence features will make it into this new release.
We are going to find out pretty soon, however, as the first beta of iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 could be coming out as soon as next week. It will then reveal everything we can expect from the public release that is coming in April.
Apple has promised to give Siri personal context about you, to help it better understand and respond to your requests, the ability to do more things inside apps and from one app to another, as well as on-screen awareness to respond to what you’re looking at a la Google’s Circle to Search (or Lens).
