The four core colors for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series leak

Samsung shakes up the color palette of the Galaxy S series every year and these may be the hues for 2024: Black, Gray, Violet and Yellow. The first two are pretty standard and are usually marketed as “Phantom Black” and “Graphite”.

What about the other two? The Galaxy S23 series has pretty pale Lavender and Lime options that can’t be called “violet” and certainly not “yellow”. The new Galaxy S23 FE has a Purple option, but that may not be quite right either.

The last time Samsung launched a Violet Galaxy S was with the S21 series, here’s what that looked like. For Yellow, we have to look even further back – remember the Galaxy S10e?

The four core colors will certainly be joined by several Samsung.com exclusive hues, but there’s no word on that yet.

Note that the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra will have new titanium frames, which will look different from the Armor Aluminum used in current S-series phones. This may require some tweaking of the colors of the back panel compared to what we’ve seen before. The S24 series will likely be unveiled in January.
