I create spaces for people to explore their understanding of the systems they are operating within to enable change. I am a Clean Language practitioner and trained NLP practitioner with experience working in policy and strategy, commissioning, as a coach and facilitator, researcher and organisational and programme design consultant. I passionately believe that it is people and an understanding of their relationships with self, others and our environment that deliver meaningful and purposeful change.

I have particular interest and specialism in gender equality; well-being and the future of work; ageing populations; entrepreneurialism and family business; collaboration and co-production for social change.

I have worked in local government policy and strategy, partnership working, service commissioning and managing major transformational change programmes within education and services for vulnerable children and families. I co-founded Happen Together CIC to work with a wide range of clients creating change, with a particular focus on supporting women and girls to participate in political and public life with The Parliament Project, The Pankhurst Trust, Fawcett Society, the Local Government Association and Girlguiding. I am co-author of ‘Women, Power & Politics: what’s changed in 100 years?’ for the British Council. As co-founder of Find It Film I use film to explore the many diverse stories of women’s experience of sports and outdoor adventure.
