CLINTON, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Oneida County Sheriffs have arrested six people for their parts in an altercation in the village of Clinton in November.
Sheriffs were called to the Wynn Hospital in Utica on Sunday, November 23 to speak with a victim of an assault on College Street in the village. Further investigation found that two men were at an establishment at approximately 1:30 am that day when an altercation occurred involving them and six other men:

22-year-old Richard Delahunt of Marcy,

23-year-old Stephan Dorozynski of Whitesboro,
-
22-year-old Benjamin Pawlowski of Marcy,
-
23-year-old Edmund Lewandrowski of Marcy,
-
19-year-old Jordan Blum of Marcy, and
-
24-year-old Jason Millan Jr. of Whitesboro.
As the altercation escalated, the two men alleged that they were punched and kicked by all six men, while neither of the two victims struck back. Sheriffs say that the victim that was admitted to the Wynn Hospital sustained serious injuries and was in the hospital for several days. The other victim suffered facial injuries and did not seek medical help immediately after the assault.

A three-month investigation resulted in arrests of all six men, which were announced on Wednesday, February 25. The charges are as follows:

Dorozynski, Pawlowski, Lewandrowski, and Blum have all been charged with second-degree Gang Assault, a Class C Felony,

Delahunt, Lewandrowski, Blum, and Millan have all been charged with third-degree Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor and second-degree Harassment, a violation.
Delahunt and Millan were processed and released on appearance tickets. Dorozynski, Pawlowski, Lewandrowski, and Blum were processed, arraigned in Oneida County CAP Court, and released on bail.
