Netflix‘s long-running hit romantic drama series starring Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson has finally returned with an all-new season. As of today, subscribers can now stream all ten episodes of Virgin River Season 7.
What do we know about Netflix’s Virgin River Season 7?
Before the latest season debuted, Netflix confirmed in a previously released clip that Virgin River will return with the shocking death of one of its recurring characters, who has been part of the show since the first season. The show also stars Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Zibby Allen, Sarah Dugdale, Marco Grazzini, Kai Bradbury, and Kandyse McClure. It is based on the bestselling novel series by Robyn Carr, which has already sold more than 13 million copies.
“In Season 7, newly married, Mel and Jack pursue their dream of adopting a baby, while old loves smolder and new threats challenge Virgin River,” reads the show’s new logline.
Virgin River was created and executive-produced by Sue Tenney. Executive producers are Patrick Sean Smith, Amy Palmer Robertson, Roma Roth, Christopher E. Perry, Robyn Carr, Jennifer Monroe, Erin Cardillo, and Richard Keith. The writing lineup for Season 7 includes Erin Cardillo, Richard Keith, Tesia Walker, Thomas Ian Griffith, Mary Page Keller, Ildiko Susany, Jackson Sinder, Rachel Borders, Beckey Hartman Edwards, and Patrick Sean Smith. As for its director lineup, it consists of Andy Mikita, Audrey Cummings, Monika Mitchell, Ruba Nadda, and Felipe Rodriguez. The creative team includes director of photography David Pelletier, editor Daria Ellerman, production designer Tony Devenyi, composer Jeff Garber, and costume designer Judith Feller.
