Leipzig, on the other hand, are open to negotiating a permanent move for the 23-year-old.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Dragusin would prioritise a permanent transfer, but the defender’s agent suggested last week that his client would be open to joining the Giallorossi.
Dragusin has recently returned to action after a knee injury and has only made one five-minute appearance with Spurs in 2025-26.
