Paramount Plus‘s new TV and movie releases for January 1-7 2024 include Face/Off, the first three Scream films, and remastered versions of The Godfather and The Godfather Part II.

On New Year’s Day, January 1, viewers can stream Face/Off a science fiction action movie directed by John Woo and starring Nicolas Cage and John Travolta. This film is considered by many to be one of Woo’s best works.

Also on January 1, viewers can stream the first three films of the Scream franchise, starring Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott. Each film follows Sidney as she tries to unravel the mystery of Ghostface’s identity.

Finally, viewers can also catch the remastered versions of The Godfather and The Godfather Part II, starring Al Pacino’s Michael Corleone and chronicling Michael’s rise to power as a fearsome mafia boss.

Other releases on Paramount Plus during this week include Alex Cross, American Beauty, Almost Famous, Monster Trucks, America Decides (Season 2024), The Uplift (Season 2024) and The Takeout (Season 8).
