Musgrove+Company takes the title of top coffee spot in the county


LENAWEE COUNTY— There are a select few things in life that transcend language, culture or locale. Among these are music, and love and friendship… and coffee.

So in honor of National Coffee Day — which is everyday for many of us — but officially recognized as such Sept. 29, we asked The Daily Telegram readers which local coffee spot had the best brew in Lenawee County?

Well, nearly 700 votes were cast over the weekend, and the winner was clear — Musgrove + Company.

With locations in Adrian and Techumseh, the popular coffee shop and roastery captured nearly 45% of the vote, en route to victory, besting Starling Lounge for the crown.

The two coffee shops, however, combined for nearly 85% of the votes cast in our poll.

When it comes to serving the best coffee in Lenawee County, the Daily Telegram readers picked Musgrove+Company.

Five Lakes, Main Street Perk, City Limits Diner and Four Corners rounded out the list of nominees.
