Motorola launching a new phone on August 29, could be the Edge 50 Neo

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo, launched last September, is due for a successor. There’s no word from Motorola about the Edge 50 Neo, but the brand has teased the launch of a new smartphone on August 29, which could be the Edge 50 Neo.

Motorola posted a clip on X with the caption, “Artistic elegance meets beautiful colors.” The clip mentions LYTIA and Pantone and suggests the new phone is a bar phone, not a folding phone. At the end, it says “Intelligence Meets Art” on August 29. We’ve seen Motorola use those words before to promote the Edge 50 series smartphones, suggesting that this new phone coming next Thursday could be the Edge 50 Neo.

Leaked images revealed the Motorola Edge 50 Neo would come in four Pantone colors with three cameras on its faux leather back panel.
