Meta 打造 AI 祖克柏分身 逾七萬員工將與虛擬CEO互動

社群媒體巨擘 Meta 正著手開發執行長馬克·祖克柏(Mark Zuckerberg)的人工智慧(AI)版本,預計讓公司全球近 79,000 名員工能與這個虛擬分身互動。此舉的目的是透過人工智慧技術,模糊人類領導與機器智慧之間的界線,並強化企業內部溝通。

這個 AI 驅動的「數位分身」正接受密集訓練,以模仿祖克柏的語調、舉止及策略思維。未來員工將能向其提問,並獲得反映執行長觀點的回應。據報導,祖克柏本人也積極參與此系統的訓練,提供其語音與肖像資料,確保 AI 分身的真實性與準確性。

此計畫是 Meta 更廣泛將 AI 深度整合至營運的策略一環。該公司已從早期推動元宇宙時的數位替身,轉向開發更實用、能進行自然即時對話的 AI 驅動虛擬角色。Meta 相信,類似技術最終可能被網紅及內容創作者採用,拓展其應用範圍。

這項創新背後,Meta 期望藉由 AI 提高生產力、簡化營運,並促進員工與高層之間的連結。Synthesia 的一位發言人指出,逼真的 AI 影像與語音能顯著提升員工的參與度與資訊記憶點,而資訊若由熟悉的臉孔或聲音傳達,更能提高工作效率與溝通成效。
