Meta執行長Mark Zuckerberg於的2026財年第一季財報會議上透露,Meta旗下的超級智慧團隊 (Superintelligence Labs, MSL)正基於全新發布的「Muse Spark」模型,打造一系列全新的AI代理人 (AI Agents)。有別於現有的助理產品,這些代理人將能主動理解用戶目標,並且「日以繼夜」地協助個人與企業完成複雜任務。為了搶佔市場,Mark Zuckerberg更直言現有競品的操作門檻太高,Meta將主打真正開箱即用的平民化體驗,更標榜媽媽都會用。

全天候運作的數位幫手:涵蓋個人生活與企業營運

Mark Zuckerberg在會議中強調,Meta目標不僅僅是提供像Meta AI這樣的對話助理,而是要提供能真正「動手做事」的代理系統。為此,Meta同時鎖定個人與企業兩大應用場景。

在個人端,Meta正在開發能協助使用者達成多樣化生活目標的專屬代理人 (先前甚至有消息指出,Mark Zuckerberg本人正在監督一個打造自己AI複製人專案)。而在企業端,Meta則聚焦於打造能協助創業家與企業主擴張業務的商務代理人。未來,這些商務代理人將能自動化處理客戶服務、觸及潛在客群,並且幫助企業更有效率地運用各種營運工具來促進業績成長。

暗酸對手OpenClaw「太難用」,Meta主打無縫體驗

雖然尚未公布這些AI代理人的具體推出時間表,但Mark Zuckerberg在會議中明確點出Meta的市場切入點:大幅降低使用門檻。

Mark Zuckerberg特別點名目前市場上現有的代理產品 (如OpenClaw),認為這些工具雖然讓人看見令人興奮的未來潛力,但實際設定的過程實在「太過粗糙且繁瑣」。

而Mark Zuckerberg直言:「現在市場上有許多人為了不同目的打造了各式各樣的代理人,但其中沒有幾個是我會想推薦給我母親使用的」。Meta的願景是將底層龐雜的基礎設施徹底打理好,提供一個經過高度優化、直覺且無縫的體驗,讓不具備深厚技術背景的普通大眾也能輕鬆駕馭。

Meta公布2026財年第一季財務表現

在稍早公布2026財年第一季財務中,Meta確認上一季總營收達563.11億美元 (年增33%),成本與開銷費用達334.39億美元 (年增35%),實際營業利潤達228.72億美元 (年增30%),營業利益率則維持在41%,而淨利則達267.73億美元(年增61%)。

營運與平台數據亮點方面,Meta旗下服務在今年3月平均每日活躍人數達35.6億人 (年增4%)。不過,Meta官方坦言因伊朗網路中斷及俄羅斯限制WhatsApp存取,導致季對季 (QoQ)表現呈現微幅下滑。而服務整體廣告曝光次數年增達19%,平均廣告單價也同步成長12%。

至於在資本支出與現金流部分,Meta第一季資本支出 (包含融資租賃本金支付)高達198.4億美元,營運現金流為322.3億美元,自由現金流則為123.9億美元。至於組織規模方面,截至今年3月底的Meta員工總數為77986人,相比去年同期僅微幅增加1%,顯示人事擴張已趨於穩定。
