US coffee chain Ziggi’s Coffee has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Stacey Kane as Chief Marketing Officer and Tom Seeker as Chief Technology Officer.

Kane, who will assume the role on a part-time basis, brings over 25 years’ restaurant marketing experience to the Colorado-based drive-thru-focused operator, including Vice President of Marketing at California Tortilla, Chief Marketing Officer for fast-casual brand East Coast Wings and Senior Director of Marketing of hospitality group ThinkFoodGroup.

In a press release, Ziggi’s Coffee said Kane will be responsible for establishing and driving its marketing strategy, with a focus on social media and data management.

“With more than 100 stores open and counting, we’ve got some great wind in our sails and real solid momentum. We’re looking forward to the ideation and creativity that Stacey will bring to the table, which is exactly what we need as we look to fuel that growth even further in 2025,” said Brandon Knudsen, CEO and co-founder, Ziggi’s Coffee.

Seeker’s focus will be on further optimising Ziggi Coffee’s technology stack to enhance operational efficiency, support scalability and improve the customer experience. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Florida-based Earl Enterprises, overseeing IT operations across 290 restaurants and corporate offices.

“Tom’s extensive experience leading technology teams for renowned restaurant brands, both brick‑and‑mortar and virtual, will be instrumental in helping us build the robust tech foundation needed to fuel our continued expansion and stay ahead of the curve,” Knudsen added.

Founded in Longmont, Colorado, in 2004, Ziggi’s Coffee opened its first drive-thru site in 2010 and began franchising in 2016. The coffee chain, which reached 100 stores in October 2024, has more than 200 stores in development, according to its website.
