Influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul is in President Donald Trump’s favor.
The former Disney Channel star, who first gained fame on the former social media app Vine, attended Trump’s rally at Verst Logistics in Hebron, Kentucky, on March 11.
Paul took the stage at the president’s request. He told the crowd he grew up mere hours away from the factory and that he’s “never afraid to speak the truth” because his father “taught me to fight,” per For The Win.
When Trump resumed at the podium, he sang Paul’s praises. “He’s a great guy, he’s a courageous guy, and a talented guy,” Trump said. “He’s a hell of a fighter, too, by the way.”
