投訴的用戶表示就算將 iPhone 15 Pro Max 關機，畫面殘影仍然清晰可見，類似的投訴在 Reddit 討論區亦有見到，其中一名用戶分享的相片最誇張，可以清楚見到虛擬鍵盤的每個按鍵上的英文字母。不幸遇到烙印的螢幕，問題似乎都相當嚴重。由於螢幕烙印問題往往與硬件毛病有關，軟件更新通常無法解決。
雖然螢幕烙印情況相對罕見，但這是上一代 iPhone 14 Pro Max 鮮有聽聞的，幸好該名不幸的用戶將 iPhone 15 Pro Max 帶到 Apple Store，馬上獲安排更換。假如你是遇到類似烙印問題的苦主，亦應該盡快前往 Apple Store 說明問題並要求更換。
