iPhone 15 Pro Max 災難現場！充電時過熱 USB-C 線接頭溶化-ePrice.HK



雖然不少手機品牌現時都以環保為由，不再提供充電器，但仍然會附上充電線，Apple 是其中一家廠商不時呼籲用戶要使用原廠的充電方案，避免裝置因此受損。日前 Reddit 討論區就有一名 iPhone 15 Pro Max 用戶，分享沒有使用原廠充電線的苦果。

高溫令 USB-C 接頭溶化


該網民 NoisilyMarvellous 上載的 iPhone 15 Pro Max 照片，可以見到充電線的塑膠部件因為高溫而溶化，黏附在機底的金屬 USB-C 接口。NoisilyMarvellous 表示一早已經知道 iPhone 15 Pro Max 會有過熱的情況，但在使用 1 個月的某晚，在手機充電一整晚後，手指不但留下了燙痕，USB-C 線的塑膠部分更在金屬接口位置溶化。

非原廠線 Amazon 購買


NoisilyMarvellous 表示自己開啟了 Optimised Charging 功能，不明白為何 iPhone 15 Pro Max 會出現如此情況，又表示不知道如何處理，向網民求助沒有 AppleCare 的話，Apple 會否受理維修。有網民認為事主很大可能是使用了廉價的充電線和充電器，而 NoisilyMarvellous 後來確認充電線在 Amazon 購買，但強調之前使用一直沒有問題。

Apple 建議原廠或 MFi 配件


網站 PhoneArena 表示今次 NoisilyMarvellous 的遭遇，正正解釋為何 Apple 建議用戶使用原廠或取得 MFi 認證的充電方案，雖然 Apple 和 MFi 認證產品價格可能較高，但安全標準往往會更高。事主雖然燙傷了手指，但情況可能會更加惡劣，早前 Apple 亦鄭重警告用戶不要使用非原廠或獲認證的 Apple Watch 充電器。
