Inter are one of four teams who can still win the treble in 2024-25 heading into the second legs of the Champions League quarter-finals coming up this week, but the Nerazzurri will need to defeat Bayern Munich and Milan, and several others before that happens.
Inter are still involved in the three most prominent competitions they were involved in at the start of the 2024-25 season. Simone Inzaghi’s side have a clear lead at the top of the Serie A table, are level at 1-1 with rivals Milan midway through their Coppa Italia semi-final tie and have a 2-1 advantage over Bayern Munich after the first leg of the Champions League quarters.
In order to win the treble, Inter will have to see off competition from Napoli in the league, which could go down to the wire. They will also need to overcome Milan in the Coppa Italia, and then beat either Bologna or Empoli in the final in May.
They will, of course, have to get past Bayern as well, and then either Barcelona or Borussia Dortmund before reaching the Champions League final.

Which teams can still win the treble? Inter and three others
Barcelona are one of the other four teams still on course for a treble this season. Hansi Flick’s side are four points clear at the top of LaLiga, are in the Copa del Rey final where they will meet Real Madrid, and have one foot in the Champions League semi-finals after a 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund last week.
They will then meet either Inter or Bayern in the Champions League semi-finals.

The aforementioned Real Madrid are also technically still in with a chance of winning a treble, but the odds of that happening are much slimmer compared to Barca.
That is because Carlo Ancelotti’s side trail in LaLiga, and are also 3-0 down against Arsenal midway through their Champions League quarter-final.

Gianluigi Donnarumma’s Paris Saint-Germain are the only other side who can pull off a treble this season. The Parisians have already won the Ligue 1 title for 2024-25, have a date with Reims in the Coupe de France final, and are 3-1 up against Aston Villa in the Champions League.

PSG will go on to face either Arsenal or Real Madrid in the semi-final of the Champions League.
