Hong Kong Disneyland to launch events and offers for 20th anniversary

To celebrate its 20th anniversary this summer, the Hong Kong Disneyland will kick off the year-long festivities with brand-new entertainment events and limited-time offerings in June. The “Most Magical Party of All” will be a year-long celebration that will feature Disney friends dressed in new outfits.

Visitors to Hong Kong Disneyland will be able to enjoy the “Disney magic” from day to night all year. There will also be an anniversary-exclusive castle stage show in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams. Plus, a new parade, the largest in scale ever, and a special edition of the nighttime light show will grace the occasion.

New Pixar and Marvel zones on the horizon

Other than the 20th-anniversary festivities, Michael Moriarty, the managing director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resorts also announced new developments. A new Pixar entertainment experience will be located between Toy Story Land and World of Frozen.

Details are sparse but it will reportedly be the only one of its kind in the world. Furthermore, the upcoming Spider-Man attraction in Tomorrowland will be located between the Space Traders and Expo Shop merchandise stores.
