A photo shared on Weibo shows Nicholas Tse going skiing in Japan in early 2025.
Actor and singer Nicholas Tse recently shared photos of himself skiing in Japan with his two sons to celebrate the New Year 2025.
Posting on Chinese social media platform Weibo, Tse revealed moments of the family adventure, including shots of him and his children dressed in protective gear to stay warm while skiing.
His eldest son, Lucas, 17, caught attention for being noticeably taller than his father.
A video that surfaced later on social media showed that the trip also included Lucas’ younger brother, Quintus, and their grandparents, Sinchew reported.
This was not Tse’s first skiing trip with his sons. Last year, he introduced Lucas to the sport during a visit to Australia.
Japan, currently in the midst of its winter season, is a popular destination for skiing enthusiasts. Hokkaido, the country’s northernmost island, is especially renowned for offering some of the best skiing conditions in the world.
Tse, 44, first rose to fame as a singer in 1996 before transitioning to acting in 1998, with notable roles in TV series and films such as “New Police Story” and “Shaolin”. Over the years, he has expanded his career to include directing, producing, and entrepreneurship, accumulating a net worth of approximately US$143 million.
