HK Sevens: Thrilling matches, party-like shows

HONG KONG – Compelling rugby competitions and celebratory activities marked the second day of the Hong Kong Sevens at the Kai Tak Stadium on Saturday.

The Hong Kong, China team missed the chance to advance to the next stage, as the men’s team lost to Japan 7-14, while the women’s team lost to Thailand 12-24.

Entertainment activities are another key highlight of the three-day annual sports feast. Saturday’s performances feature dance music group The Vengaboys from the Netherlands and DJ Hanna from South Korea, bringing the audience a party-like and energetic atmosphere.
