Google Pixel 8 Pro unboxing


We already got a first look of both the Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro, but now we’ll focus on an unboxing and a quick look at the Pixel 8 Pro next to the Pixel 8 and the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Unsurprisingly, the Pixel 8 Pro ships without a charger in the box – you get a USB-C to USB-A adapter and a USB-C cable.

We got the Bay colorway – it’s a nice shade of blue. Pixel phones have been a breath of fresh air in terms of phone colors these past few years, and the Pixel 8 Pro is another step in the right direction.

The Pixel 8 and 8 Pro changed a few things over their predecessors. For one, the corners of the phones are now more rounded, making them a bit smaller. The displays are also flatter – it’s really noticeable on the Pro and it’s a welcome change for glass protector lovers.

The Google Pixel 8 Pro is noticeably lighter than its similar-sized peers. It’s 213g compared with the 221g iPhone 15 Pro Max and the 234g Galaxy S23 Ultra.
