The ongoing General Hospital storyline revealed the true identity of Nathan, who died earlier after being shot by his father, Cesar Faison. While he was presumed dead, his sudden resurrection sparked several doubts among viewers. His return was marked when he was discovered in a crashed car across the road. As the accident wiped out his memories, he attempts to figure out his identity. A DNA test further proved that he’s Nathan; however, there have been hints across episodes that fans have picked up on, suggesting otherwise.

General Hospital reveals Nathan is actually Cassius Faison
In the March 31 episode of General Hospital, Nathan informs James that he has to handle some business, with the latter asking if it has anything to do with the bad guys. He said yes, but instantly clarified that there’s one individual he wasn’t looking forward to facing. Sidwell called Nathan to Wyndemere, where he gave him a mission. He asked him to ensure that Sonny pays for the death of his son, Marco.
A hesitant Nathan remained unsure if he could fulfill his request. Sidwell revealed that Nathan West wouldn’t have agreed to this mission, but he wasn’t speaking to him. He was talking to Cassius Faison, another son of Cesar.
General Hospital did drop some hints earlier that Nathan might be someone else in previous episodes. Firstly, when Britt saw her brother Nathan, she should have been happy, but she appeared to be somewhat uncomfortable. At his job, Dante also suspected his identity when he mishandled a series of custody records of the evidence. He also didn’t go to meet Maxie, whom he loved deeply before his death, sparking even more suspicions.
His cryptic comment about his father to Lulu added to the hints, and now it has finally been revealed that he wasn’t Nathan after all.
