iFOREX announces IPO delay. iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd, announced today that its proposed initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange, which was expected to occur in late June, will be delayed. The company said that a routine thematic compliance inspection commenced earlier this year in the BVI, which was disclosed in the Company’s Registration Document, requires additional time to enable finalisation ahead of the IPO. iFOREX claims that the inspection process is close to completion.

Trillion dollar wealth manager Capital Group picks up 5.45% stake in CFDs broker Plus500. FNG has learned via regulatory filings that leading US based investment and wealth management company Capital Group has recently acquired a 5.45% interest in Israel based CFDs broker Plus500 (LON:PLUS). Capital Group passed the 5% holding threshold in Plus500 on June 10, triggering the regulatory filing about its holding in Plus500. While Capital Group didn’t disclose the exact price paid for its Plus500 shares, at Plus500’s current share price of 3,398p the stake is worth £133.1 million, or USD $181 million.
