Full list of stars in Hong Kong and Macau

We’ll say it again: Hong Kong and Macau have an amazing restaurant scene, and the Michelin Guide 2025 list is proof! Seven restaurants across Hong Kong and Macau earned their very first star, and Hong Kong’s Amber was promoted to three stars. Ami, Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco and Tuber Umberto Bombana were the new entries in HK to be awarded a coveted one Michelin star – an honour representing the “pinnacle of gastronomic brilliance”.

Michelin is the world’s premier distinction for fine dining. Every year, the Michelin Guide announces its list of the best restaurants in HK and Macau, awarding one, two, and three stars to restaurants across the region. It also tips its hat to restaurants working towards becoming more eco-friendly with its Green Stars.

In this edition, a total of 95 restaurants are recognised with Michelin Stars; 76 from Hong Kong and 19 from Macau.
