黎健武今早（13日）於在港台節目《千禧年代》指，消防的便衣巡查行動在風險較高的時段執行，又明言留意到商戶「走鬼」及消防離場後「故態復萌」的情况，將繼續組織特別行動，根據上月數據再次針對高危大廈巡查，並會與商廈物管保持溝通、派發宣傳單張等。相關報道：消防巡莊士倫敦廣場及登打士廣場　揭多宗違例提一宗檢控　向食環署轉介違規食肆個案消防處去年曾提及會以地區層面為本，針對巡查大量銀座式的商廈，區內的消防局會按大廈風險每年不定時主動巡查1至2次。黎今補充，處方會每隔約3個月主動巡查高風險大廈，風險相對低的大廈則相隔半年至一年。黎建武續指每年會與物業管理公司協會舉行定期會議，望其能提升管理公司的消防安全水平；亦與物業管理業監管局有良好溝通，交換高危大廈名單。黎強調執法屬次要手段，冀能靠宣傳教育提升消防安全。區議員指要靠商戶合作及市民舉報　否則「點巡都無用」身兼油尖旺區防火委員會委員的黃舒明在同一節目指，當區較多居民反映不少商廈防煙門被貨品及垃圾桶擋住，黃估計或因商戶「貪方便」，市民即使向該廈業主立案法團投訴亦無果。黃舒明認為，若業戶不合作則「點巡都無用」，指消防部門人手有限，「無可能日日都去你度巡」，認為業戶應自發做好消防安全，亦需依賴市民舉報。對於有商戶得悉消防到場後「走鬼」，黃舒明指物管有重要責任，萬一整幢大廈的防火門都沒有緊閉，若有事故時物管也難逃其責。油尖旺區議會上周區議會大會亦有討論相關情况，黃舒明表示，有較多商場比較「曳啲」，同一大廈有數類投訴，包括消防門沒有緊閉、滅火筒過期等。至於油尖旺一帶不少「格仔舖」林立的商廈，部分業戶則不知走火通道情况和逃生出口位置，認為應加強教育物管或商戶，以及設置較清晰的標示。 Source link
