【明報專訊】三隧分流次階段分時段收費方案昨日清晨5時起正式實施,私家車及電單車的隧道費會按經過隧道易通行收費點的時間而定。本報記者昨早上10時起在西隧收費廣場觀察,新設於隧道口的收費顯示屏有按時更新收費,其間車流量不多,行車大致暢順,在隧道費即時更新及上調時亦未見有車輛加速「衝閘」。今日是新收費方案實施後首個上班日,成效有待觀察。 Source link
