Barcelona to welcome 3 key players back vs Atlético Madrid

La Liga champions Barcelona expect to welcome a trio of important players back to the matchday fold for their upcoming meeting with Atlético Madrid.

Hansi Flick’s Blaugrana squad is of course currently spread across all corners of the globe, for the international break.

For some, however, fitness problems meant that they were forced to stay put in Catalunya’s capital for treatment over the last week.

Three such players come in the form of Alejandro Balde, Jules Koundé, and Eric García.

As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media is anything to go by, then the defensive trio should all be back at the disposal of boss Hansi Flick next time out.

As per a report from Què T’hi Jugues:

Barcelona are primed to kick their campaign back into gear this coming Saturday, in a high-profile La Liga showdown with Diego Simeone’s Atlético Madrid.
