Hello, Baking Maniacs!
This Chinese New Year, we took a huge step, our very first corporate orders outside of Hong Kong, all the way to Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore!
I personally did the delivery for Singapore and of course had to document the journey!
Red-Eye Flights & Sweet Dreams
The adventure began at the Hong Kong airport, where I boarded a red-eye flight, fueled by excitement (and maybe a little caffeine). By 5:45 AM, I had touched down in Singapore, ready to dive straight into work.
First on the agenda? Packing our beautifully curated Chinese New Year treat boxes! Each one was filled with festive delights, including rich, fudgy brownies, buttery almond cookies, and delicate pineapple tarts. In hindsight, I should have packed an extra box just for myself—those brownies looked too good to resist.
Five Stops, One Sweet Mission
By 10 AM, we were on the road, making our way through five different office locations for our corporate deliveries. Thankfully, the traffic was smooth, and the weather was (somewhat) forgiving. But the real win? A well earned satay skewer feast for a very late breakfast.
Because what’s a trip to Singapore without indulging in some local flavors?

As we wrapped up our deliveries, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. Taking Baking Maniac beyond Hong Kong has always been a dream, and this was just the beginning. Thank you for your unwavering support—it truly means the world to us.
Wishing you all a Happy and Prosperous Year of the Snake! May your year be filled with joy, success, and, of course, plenty of sweet treats.
Until the next adventure!
