MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -There’s been an arrest in the stolen ‘Brew Y’all’ coffee trailer that was trashed and dumped in Irvington.
It’s a case that started in Mobile and ended up out in the county so police and deputies have both been involved in the investigation.
Authorities say James Dotson was arrested and charged with theft of property and drug charges among other charges.

The sheriff’s office arrested him. According to jail records, Dotson has a long criminal history dating back to 1998.
Investigators said a woman he was with when he was arrested was also arrested on drug charges.
She was not charged in connection to the trailer theft.
Police said early Monday morning, Dotson and another woman, stole the coffee trailer parked at Brew Y’all’s brick and mortar shop on Hillcrest and Cottage Hill.
While FOX10′s Shelby Myers was interviewing one of the owners, he got a call that the truck had been spotted and dumped behind a transmission substation in Irvington.
We went out to the site off Half Mile Road and found the inside of the trailer trashed.
The owners of the trailer posted to social media that it’s back in their possession but the inside and all of their equipment is ruined.
Right now, authorities are still looking for a woman allegedly involved.
If you know anything about this case call authorities.
