Xiaomi 14 Ultra to have a titanium special edition, memory and storage options leak

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra may get its international launch on February 25 at MWC in Barcelona, along with the ‘vanilla’ 14 model. Now, the RAM/storage combos in which it will be offered have been leaked in China. Keep in mind that these are for the Chinese market, so internationally it may be that only a subset of these will be available.

According to a tipster over on Weibo, China’s equivalent to Twitter/X, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in its base version. It will also be offered with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage as well as 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

Interestingly, a special edition made out of titanium is also rumored, and this will only come with the 16GB/1TB combo. This tells us that the ‘normal’, non-special-edition 14 Ultra won’t have a titanium frame. Apparently, the titanium special edition will be around CNY 500 (approximately $69 or €64 at the current exchange rates) more expensive than the non-titanium 16GB/1TB version.

Previous rumors claimed the Xiaomi 14 Ultra would sport a 6.73-inch 120 Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a quad rear camera system (50 MP main with variable aperture, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3.2x telephoto, 50 MP 5x telephoto), a 32 MP selfie snapper, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and a 5,300 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. It will run Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
