周星馳在一九九二年賀歲片《家有囍事》中,說了「醉拳甘迺迪」和「南拳北腿孫中山」,引得觀眾哄堂大笑,說他是「無厘頭搞笑專家」。

這個「搞笑」情況,今時今日,沒有過時,反而更熱,因為AI軟件能為大家提供你想得出、它做得到的「經典」場面,例如「美國隊長大戰葉問」。但問題的焦點,不是「無厘頭」,而是版權,更重要是不同行業的生存,文化行業也不例外。

這個問題的嚴重性,從最近奧斯卡公布新評審規則已經反映出來。美國電影藝術與科學學院表示,由AI創造的演員和非人類創作的劇本,無法競逐奧斯卡,但學院沒有全面禁止AI工具。無疑,AI發展會「趕絕」創意從業員,包括演員,特別是著名演員,因此不少國際知名巨星已經走在台前,指摘AI的捏造侵權。

要知道,成名路所費不菲,而且知名演員是一個品牌,更不止是一個人,而是一個團隊,背後更可能牽連一個行業,以及跨行業的產業鏈。更甚者,演員出演或辭演某套電影,可以是商業或政治理由,但AI世界沒有這個顧慮,可以隨時在網絡平台「突圍」而出,有任何「風吹草動」,亦可以隨時「消失」。受影響的不僅是演藝行業,任何文藝創作相關工作也一樣,情況令人心寒。

創作源自靈魂,價值由人賦予,至少暫時仍是人類獨有,需要好好尊重和保護。

科技潮流勢不可擋,阻止也只是暫時用時間換取空間,用權力換取資源,要思考如何協調和理順這個大問題。
