Netflix will bid farewell to all seasons of an NBC psychological drama starring an MCU star who played one of Thor’s accomplices. The show centers on an unnamed woman found naked in a duffel bag at New York’s Times Square with tattoos all over her body.

Blindspot leaves Netflix in June

Blindspot Seasons 1-5 will leave Netflix’s content library on Sunday, June 7, 2026 (via What’s on Netflix). The show is led by Jaimie Alexander, known for portraying Sif in the Marvel franchise, as Jane Doe.

Martin Gero created the show for NBC. The series’ cast also includes Sullivan Stapleton as Kurt, Ashley Johnson as Patterson, Rob Brown as Edgar, Audrey Esparza as Tasha, Ukweli Roach as Robert, and Luke Mitchell as Roman, among others.

Blindspot follows a mysterious woman found in Times Square with no memory and her body covered in tattoos. One of the tattoos bears the name of FBI agent Kurt Weller. Soon, the FBI discovers that her tattoos are clues to crimes and conspiracies, while also helping to understand Jane Doe’s past and her identity.

The show garnered a 73% rating on Rotten Tomatoes across all five seasons. The user rating peaked at 81% for Season 2, and the critics gave it 100%. Meanwhile, on Metacritic, the series holds a weighted average score of 65 based on 34 critic reviews, along with a user score of 6.9 based on 293 ratings. It also earned three Primetime Emmy nominations, though it did not win any.

Blindspot debuted on NBC on September 21, 2015. Season 1 reportedly had an average viewership of 11.25 million. Despite a favorable reception, the viewership dropped significantly with each season. Season 2 saw the biggest drop, averaging at 7.2 million viewers. And by the time the finale, titled “Iunne Ennui,” aired on Jul 23, 2020, the show was averaging at 3 million viewers (via The Wrap).
