【明報專訊】中國住房和城鄉建設部（下稱住建部）於12月21日至22日召開全國住房城鄉建設工作會議，總結今年工作並提出明年重點任務。住建部長倪虹表示，明年要堅持「房住不炒」定位，建構房地產發展新模式，建立「人、房、地、錢」要素的新機制，並加速解決新市民、青年人、移工住宅等問題。
