[Spoiler] Attended Marco’s Funeral on Apr. 3

Looking for a spoilers-filled recap of the General Hospital April 3 episode? The week ended on a somber note with Marco’s funeral. Meanwhile, Danny got into trouble at school, Carly warned Sonny, and Nina fixed her friendship with Curtis.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on April 3, 2026

Molly’s surgery

Before Molly was prepped for her endometriosis surgery, Kristina showed up to offer support. After surgery, Molly, still under anesthesia, thought she was dreaming, was awed by Cody, and asked him to kiss her. When the medicines wore off, she didn’t remember anything she had said. Cody then started planning their vacation.

A bad idea

Carly argued with Sonny about his attending Marco’s funeral, saying it could start a war. Soon, Ric showed up and reasoned that Sonny was just showing that he had nothing to hide. Carly doesn’t think that Sidwell can be reasoned with at the moment.

All is forgiven

While talking business, Nina apologized to Curtis for her past actions that may have led to his divorce. Curtis comforted her, saying that his marriage was already at the end of its road. He then apologized for revealing her affair with Drew to Willow. She forgave him, too, and the two hoped to fix their friendship. Nina then felt bad about how Willow’s fate is now tied to Drew more than ever before.

Teenage trouble

Alexis vented to Danny about getting into a fight at school. Danny said he was frustrated that he couldn’t do anything when Jason got arrested. The lawyer sympathized with him but explained that violence is not the way to handle emotions. Danny then promised to behave if she could bring Jason back home. Alexis was not sure she could.

A tense funeral

When Laura was talking to Ava at the funeral, Ezra showed up, prompting Ava to leave. He then praised the mayor for publicly distancing herself from Sonny and Jason, just like he had advised. Elsewhere at the funeral, Sidwell demanded that Jordan provide details about his son’s investigation. She said that the investigation is still underway and that PCPD has found no credible clue yet. Sidwell doesn’t believe it, speculating that Dante was trying to hide something.

Later, Carly showed up and comforted Lucas, and also assured him that Sonny and Jason had nothing to do with Marco’s death. He said he is aware of it and will continue to live at Wyndemere for now. However, Carly is not happy with that decision.

Soon, Sonny and Ric arrived, causing tension between them and Sidwell. After the funeral ended and everyone left, the two approached Sidwell to offer their condolences. But Sidwell doesn’t believe that their intentions were genuine and threatened Sonny that he would pay for Marco’s death.
