Chase takes a risk
At the Quartermaines, Brook Lynn vents to Michael about bringing Willow back into Chase’s life. He says that he’s not happy about it either, but she is the only way to make things work for them. Meanwhile, Chase visits Willow and explains the foster situation. Willow agrees to put in a good word.
Looking for a spider
Michael helps Wiley search for a spider for his homework. When they can’t find one in the house, they plan to go to the park. Wiley calls Willow to join them, but she doesn’t pick up his call.
New assistant coach
Nathan, Felicia, and James are having breakfast at Bobbie’s. Soon, Kai and Trina walk in, and James runs to his baseball coach. At their table, Trina reveals she played in a baseball league, prompting Kai to ask her to be the new assistant coach.
Meanwhile, Nathan talks to Felicia about his relationship with Lulu. She says that if Maxie is willing to give them a chance, she is too. Soon, Nathan gets a text and leaves. James then tells Felicia that he wants to be a cop just like his father.
A grave mistake
Kai and Trina arrive at Drew’s house. Willow takes them to see Drew, where the two ask the congresswoman to sponsor a softball league. At that moment, Willow’s phone rings, playing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” ringtone. Without a second thought, Trina says that it must be Wiley’s call.
Willow struggles to find the phone, and Kai suggests it must be in the living room. Drew then remembers hearing the ringtone the night he was shot. When Willow finds her phone, Kai says that the ringtone carries all the way to the bedroom. After they leave, Willow thinks hard about what he said.
Out for blood
At his place, Sidwell orders Jordan to learn what details PCPD has on Marco’s death. He believes that Dante will try to protect Sonny. She assures that Dante takes his job seriously, but Sidwell doesn’t buy it and gets furious. He threatens to destroy her life if she doesn’t comply.
For the baby’s sake
Curtis and Portia agree that they should try to make things work to ensure a good life for the baby. He wants to know the baby’s gender, but Portia isn’t comfortable with it. Curtis supported her decision.
Nathan is who now?
Nathan arrives at Wyndemere, where Sidwell tells him to make Sonny pay for Marco’s death no matter what. The PCPD detective says that it’s not something Nathan would do. Sidwell pushes back, saying that he’s not talking to Nathan West; he’s speaking to Cassius Faison.
